ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Neisser has been in the industry for over 25 years as a professional chef in Lima, Peru. Le Cordon Bleu Chef Neisser has worked in multiple high-end restaurants and has owned his own restaurant for over 20 years. He is an authentic Peruvian trained chef that adds a very unique touch to his dishes, creating tasty flavors from all types of cuisines from all over the world.
He grew up learning from his mother, who was an international chef working in Peru, Panama and Canada. Neisser has developed an artistic passion for food and flies to different parts of the world expanding his portfolio in the catering business.
